Interlok Braid Leather Bracelet

I ordered the black and loved it. It was my go to bracelet, I was so disappointed when the metal design came off. It was still under Warranty so I took it back to the store. The store personal were very nice and helpful. They didn’t have another replacement in stock so they had to have one sent from the main office to my home. It arrived in a padded envelope, BROKEN in the same manner as my original bracelet. I called the store, I had to send it back to the store ( I lived over an hour away). I decided not to order this same bracelet again as much as I loved it. I felt that the manufacture of the design was poor and read other reviews with the same issue. Therefore, I exchanged it for a similar leather design with the metal X’s. Mary T at the store was soo nice to work with. Brighton is the best.
