We are looking forward to your arrival. We wanted to share some previously asked questions that may help you as you think about your upcoming trip.

 

Q:  What happens if your flight is delayed, canceled, or you miss your flight?

A:  Work with the airline to get on the next available flight and then call Dolores Cortez at (626) 536 -0131 so she can arrange for you to get picked up. Let her know your new Arrival Time and/or Flight Information.

Q:  If I'm staying at a Brighton provided hotel will I be required to pay anything when I check in?

A:  You will be required to provide a credit card upon check in for any incidentals. If you are extending your stay you will need to book your own room and provide your credit card.

Q:  If I'm staying at a Brighton provided hotel where will it be?

A:  You will be staying at 1 of 3 lovely hotels in Pasadena.  This information was provided to you in your email.

Hyatt Pasadena – 399 E Green St. Pasadena CA

Westin Pasadena – 191 N Los Robles Ave  Pasadena CA

Langham Pasadena – 1401 S Oak Knoll Ave Pasadena CA

Q:  Will there be a lot of walking?

A: We want you to see as much as possible while you are here so you will be walking from room to room.  Please wear comfortable shoes.

Q:  What should I wear?

A:  The weather forecast for the City of Industry is a high of 77 degrees and sunny.  The temperature can range in our buildings so we suggest wearing layers that you can take on and off

Q: Who will I meet while I’m here?

A:  We want you to meet as many of our designers as possible, but we can’t be sure who will be attending each event.

Q:  Will I be given meals?

A:  We will be providing a light breakfast for the AM events and a light lunch for the PM events. There will also be snacks along the way.
