    Stone Looks Cheap

    I looked at these earrings at the Brighton store in Oak Brook. I would have purchased if the stone didn't look like cheap plastic. Why Brighton didn't use a Swarovski crystal instead of cheap glass is beyond me. There is no translucence to the stone. No sparkle. No definition. As I held it in my hand, the stone looked more like plastic than glass. Certainly not worthy of an otherwise pretty earring. The earring design is lovely. The stone just ruins it.

    Pretty blue earrings

    These are a little heavy but go with the necklace nicely. Would have liked a touch of same blue on necklace.
