    I was a little disappointed

    I was a little disappointed that because I ordered on a date between the dates that you offered the scarf & then before you started offering a free tote bag. I spent $189.80 & didn’t receive any free gift. It would have been nice to receive the tote bag. I have been a loyal customer for years.
