    Lack of Customer Service

    Two pair of my flip flops were fine and I love them. However, the black Love pair, the heart decals almost immediately started peeling off. I emailed customer service and still have yet to get a response. For a fairly long expensive pair of shoes and for a company I have always liked I am shocked that I still have not received a response.

    Flip flop love

    I have been buying these flip flops for years. I live in Florida and they are the perfect shoes for my feet. I had back surgery so I need the arch support.
