    Perhaps, I need to rate

    Perhaps, I need to rate it "incomplete." The jewelry was damaged. Two pearls were dislodged from their settings. I have emailed customer service to see if and how an exchange for an undamaged Everbloom Pearl necklace would be possible. I am awaiting a reply.
