    Please refer to the review from 4/28/24! I’m another disappointed customer!

    My husband bought me this purse for Christmas. I loved it and started using it a few weeks after Christmas. Unfortunately the buckle broke on my purse as well. I had only used the purse a handful of times before this happened. I wanted the Brighton store to allow me to exchange it for a different design considering the buckle broke within a few weeks of use. My only option was to have it sent for repair which will take 6 weeks. Horrible customer relations. Will never buy another overly priced, poor workmanship Brighton purse ever again.
