It is difficult to find letter, or ‘bill’ openers.
This is a great size and works well. Thank you Brighton for another beautiful product.
While this letter/envelope opener is very pretty, I would like both edges to be slim and usable. One edge is thicker than the other edge, so the thicker edge does not slit the envelope open as cleanly aa the finer edge. I have never seen that in other letter openers I have or have used in the past. That was a bit of a surprise.

I have made several communication attempts regarding this order and had no response. With this order, there was supposed to be a gift. It was noted on the receipt containing the package, but there was no gift. I often shop with Brighton and your gifts are an enticement to do so. I do not understand why I’ve not received any communication from Customer Service concerning this nor have I received a gift in the mail response and the appropriate action would be appreciated
