I have the same issue with this necklace as I did with the other one. My sister loved the pendant heart as I do. She thought it was beautiful. But that chain that it came on was the most ridiculous length I've ever seen for a heart that size. Please do something about your offers to your customers about chain lengths. I apologized to my sister about the uselessness of that chain.
