    Do Not Purchase

    The weekender was purchased a few weeks ago for a recent trip. The bag tipped over each time the matching Lock-It Super Tote was placed on top which made for a problematic trip. When I attempted to return the Weekender to local store, the Brighton 100% satisfaction guarantee was not honored and the return was denied. I called Brighton customer care and they stated that I could return the bag to corporate for a STORE credit only (not the original method of payment ) and that I would receive no reimbursement for the $50.00 + shipping cost from my state.

    Do NOT purchase!

    I purchased this weekender for a recent trip. The handle is flimsy, disconnects, and the bag falls over constantly when another bag in the same collection is placed on top. I attempted to return the item two weeks after purchase and the store rejected the return. I called corporate and they stated that I can mail the bag back to them, BUT the shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The quality is not there and this is my last purchase from this company.

    Adorable Print, a little "front heavy"

    I bought this bag and have taken it on a few trips and I always receive a ton of compliments. The one downside is that the construction of the bag makes it prone to tipping if the bag is full. I have not had any issues with the wheels that I've seen mentioned in the reviews.

    Great print, lousy construction - do not buy

    I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews. I thought: how poor can the construction be? It's such a cute bag!

    The construction is awful. The bag doesn't roll well. It's not stable, even empty. I haven't even opened it to try and put anything into it. All I did was roll it from my garage into my house. Very disappointed.

    Brighton is an excellent brand. And this suitcase is not bargain priced. I hope they will retool this bag and manufacture future batches with quality wheels that roll and balance well.

    Note: I did buy a hard cased Brighton suitcase about 10 years ago and it was excellent quality. Cute and rolled well.
