    My package got lost in

    My package got lost in the mail. I had a hard time finding a phone number to contact Brighton to trace my shipment. I finally got my charm but not after a lot of time tracing its path. I not sure if it was my lack of knowing where to but the process should have been easier to talk with you with no cost!
