    Great Customer Service

    This was sent as a replacement. The original charm slipped off the ring that held it on the bracelet. I didn't notice til I was changing charms that I still had the ring but no charm . I emailed Brighton and because I had bought it within a year, it was replaced free of charge! It arrived quickly and I received updates every step of the way. Thank you, Brighton!
