    Discolored BRIGHTON CHARMS.... WE HAVE A PROBLME HERE

    My silver brighton charms are turning color. I bought my daughter a total of 6 charms for Christmas 2023 and several losing the silver. Are these charms silver plated or are they supposed to be sterling silver. I didnt not know the charms were of such poor quality. Can I get my money back for the charms that are turning a copper color. I am upset bc I bought some sentimental charms. Dove wings for my duaghter bc she just recently lost her best friend to a fatal accident is the most important one. I am very disappointed in the charms purchased for my daughter turning color. I chose Brghton over Pandora bc I heard Brighton was just as good. Brighton has been a big disappointment for me. What can we do about this? I am a very successful Digital Creater and I am about to report to my 3 million viewers my disappointing experience with this my Brighton charm purchases. My cell is 615.582;2786. Alescia
