    A wonderful experience and a great keychain!

    I recently ordered a Brighton keychain, as they make the best styles. I'm a keychain snob, and I haven't found a better keychain style with a second ring for valet/car wash, etc. It was time for a replacement, and I was devastated when my new keychain was "delivered", but no where to be found. We have a multi family mailbox, and it may have gone into the wrong box. Nevertheless, no neighbor fessed up. Brighton was kind enough to send me out a replacement and I am so happy with the keychain, and their customer service. I hope whoever received my original keychain also falls in love with Brighton and becomes a new customer!

    Pretty and functional

    I had it already and wore it out! I bought the same one online. I don't recall the two key rings. So it is nice to be able to put my keys on the heart. One keyring did fall off because I opened it by mistake. Overall it is a great keyring.
