    The earrings hangs loose on

    The earrings hangs loose on ear. Earrings would be better if just had regular earring back vs the flip back to secure to ear. The flip back doesn't close all the way and scared to force it because post is very flimsy. I have to secure earing with an additional back so it does not droop.

    I received broken earrings. Very

    I received broken earrings. Very disappointed. Bought them to match pink moon bracelet my daughter bought me for my birthday. I don’t know who inspected these before they were sent. I have been a Brighton customer for many years and I am not very happy. Called customer service and spoke with a very nice representative who told me I can return to the Cherry Hill New Jersey store I go to. I should not have to be inconvenienced.
