    Beautiful Bag but Issue with the Wear of the Bottom Leather

    I absolutely love this Riva Tote. So much so that I may purchase the white color for summer. I did have an issue after 60 days which is beyond the return policy. The designer needed to add more depth to the bottom feet . The leather dye on all four corners of my bag faded. I was so sad and surprised as I own several Brighton purses and totes and have never had an issue like this. So be gentle with this soft supple leather tote. The good news is Brighton's Customer Service is 10 Stars. I contacted them and sent pictures of what I was experiencing. They immediately sent me a label to ship the tote back to them. They replaced the tote with a new one. I do not see any other reviews with the problem I had. So I am hoping my 1st tote was an anomaly. Thank you Brighton for honoring your warranty and GREAT Customer Service.

    Totally Gorgeous

    The Riva Tote is one beautiful bag! I was worried that it would be too big/heavy, but it is a very manageable size and holds everything I need. I purchased the green leather version and it is really lovely. The cut Diamond design with silver studs is fabulous! The exterior pocket is convenient, as is the interior zippered pocket and key clip. The interior lining is very soft and smooth, another high quality feature. The braided handles are a comfortable width and a good length to slide up on your shoulder. I’m excited to start using this beautiful tote.

    Gorgeous handbag

    I love this handbag! Need to make more like this size. Tote fits everything I need and then some. I get compliments every where I go....just wish it had another zip pocket for lotion, lipstick or tissue. Even so, I would buy again in another color! Love it!
