    I had a gift card for Brighton. I usually don’t order from the website because the items I want are unavailable.

    I don’t seek out Brighton jewelry in stores, but if it’s on a sale, I may purchase.

    In general it’s not durable.

    I can go to a more upscale jeweler, spend a little more, and get a product that lasts.

    I do find your jewelry attractive, but not good in the long run.

    Hopefully this will help improve the products.
