    Beautiful Locket

    This locket is gorgeous! It is smaller than some of Brighton’s other lockets and just beautiful! This was a gift and was loved by the recipient! The store employees will shrink your picture and place it in the locket for you!

    Sent picture and neither of

    Sent picture and neither of 2 lockets had picture just pic of 2 random people in both lockets. Disappointing. Wanted pic of my son I lost in September

    My inquiry was not replied to timely about personalization

    Really disappointed I was having trouble with the website and placed the order and immediately sent an email to make sure the personalization photo went through for the locket of my friends father that passed away and now it’s empty and I have to try to figure out how to get a photo in there for Christmas
