    Necklaces chains tangled. No gift

    Necklaces chains tangled. No gift boxes as requested,, just envelope and tissue with regular cloth bags inside.

    I'm a decades long customer. Have NEVER had such a terrible presentation as a gift. You slipped up on this one!

    Very dissatisfied! Hope other gifts I sent were in boxes....
