    Inferior clip

    In the past few years, Brighton has gone to a cheaper clip on the back of their barrettes and they’re no longer a product I care to purchase. I gave one star only because my comments would not submit without any stars. I initially planned on not giving any stars, but was forced to buy your system.

    The necklace locket was a

    The necklace locket was a big disappointment. When I called your customer service, the representative was very rude to me so I will be sending it back and will not order again, due to the rude talk-down customer representative that I spoke with. I usually like what I purchase in store and online, but these products are not cheap and I do not like being talked down to when I know what I ordered and that it should have been personalized. Now, I’m locked out of my account. Just very disappointed.
