    This necklace develops kink, after kink, after kink.

    I was looking for a gold charm necklace, so I purchased this online to pair with several gold charms I recently purchased. When I opened the box and removed the necklace from the plastic ziplock bag, the necklace had several kinks in it. I had to manipulate and pull the necklace numerous times to remove the kinks. The kinks are always there. They migrate from place to place on the necklace. My typical Brighton experience is one of high quality. This piece is so low quality, I wanting person to exchange it. I was disappointed to find that it is the only gold charm necklace they have. Brighton, please offer a higher quality gold charm necklace soon.
